ADMISSION

*To ensure a smooth and hassle-free admission process, we encourage prospective students to prepare and have all the necessary requirements ready in advance.

Student General  Admission  Requirements:

High School  Graduate (Life Long Learners)

  • Test Result from the Guidance  Counselor (Assessment  Exam)

(ALS Passer)

  • Test Result  from the Guidance Counselor  (Assessment  Exam)

New Students

At the time of enrolment must submit the following:

  1. Senior  High School  Report Card (Form 138) duly certified  by the Principal b)   Certificate of Good Moral Character  signed by the Principal

  2. Marriage Certificate  (If Married)

  3. Four pieces latest 2x 2 colored picture

  4. Photocopy of Birth Certificate  by PSA

  5. Application  and Testing Fee of(Php_______)

  6. Pass the Admission  Test

    •  IQ/Ability Test

    •  Personality  Test

    •  Math,  Science and English Test

Enrollment Procedures and Guidelines

The enrollees  will follow the steps below:

  1. Prepare and submit all the enrollment  requirements  to the Registrar's office as required

  2. Ask for an Enrollment  Form and fill-out.  (Registration Form).

  3. See the Program Head for the Class Schedule and evaluation  of subjects

  4. Proceed to the EDP for encoding  of subjects

  5. Proceed to the Accounting  In  charge  for payment verification

  6. Pay the Enrollment fee at the Accounting  Office

  7. Submit enrollment form and printing of study load.  (Registrar's Office)

  8. After payment, proceed to the School  Clinic for the form review and medical  examination.

  9. If a student  passed,  he/she  then  proceeds  to the  Guidance  Office  to fill  up the Student Information  Sheet. The student then takes the diagnostic  tests as per CMO No.  67 Series of 2017,  which  includes IQ/Ability  Test,  Personality  Test,  and  Math,  Science  and English Aptitude  Test.   After taking the said tests, the student then inquires for further information regarding school uniform, and Course Orientation  for freshmen students.

  10. The Registrar's Office shall conduct the following upon return of the students:

    A. FOR IRREGULAR AND REGULAR STUDENTS

    1. Evaluate grades of students (system generated grades)

    2. Instruct students to get clearance from the College Department

    3. Instruct students to secure registration/enrollment form from the Registrar's Office

    4. Copy the class schedule posted outside of designated  rooms.

    5. Proceed to the EDP for the encoding of subjects.

  11. The student will proceed to the Accounting in charge for payment verification.

  12. The student shall proceed to Accounting Office for payment of Enrollment  Fee.

  13. The  student  shall submit  the Enrollment  Form to the registrar  and give  him/her  study load.

  14. The Registrar  shall prepare a class roster per subject  to all teachers  concerned.  (System generated).
