Office of the Registrar

At INB CAS, the Registrar's Office acts as the central administrative location for handling academic records, student records, and other services. It manages the enrollment procedure, guarantees the security and correctness of grades, certificates, and academic transcripts, and assists students with registration, updates on their academic progress, and graduation clearances. In order to ensure that student data is handled appropriately, the office also upholds compliance with institutional norms and legal obligations. In order to promote the entire academic experience, the Registrar's Office also makes it easier for students, professors, and administrative departments to communicate.

8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. - Mondays to Fridays


Services Offered at the Registrar's Office

The following services are rendered to the students:

  1. Processing of enrolment

  2. Processing of Transcript of Records

  3. Processing of request and issuance of Transfer Credentials, Diploma, S.O., and other certifications;

  4. Processing of exceptional cases related to enrolment or subjects and overload, cross-enrolment, and others;

  5. Correction of names

  6. Special evaluation (i.e. evaluation before or after the prescribed schedule);

  7. Authentication of photocopies of student records;

  8. Processing and approval of application for graduation;

  9. Processing of foreign students’ data;

  10. Issuance of rating cards and students grades to authorized persons;

  11. Issuance of original copies and re-issuance  of diplomas; and

  12. Certification or verification of scholastic records;
